Your AI adoption, in 10 questions.
Your engineering, in the background.
Five capabilities, one profile. AI doesn't fix an engineering system: it amplifies it. The stronger it is, the more value AI creates; the more fragile it is, the faster AI degrades it.

How this profile is computed
Two questions per capability, scored 0 to 3: each axis gets a score out of 6. The profile doesn't come from the total but from the shape: a tension appears when a strong axis (≥ 4/6) coexists with a weak one (≤ 2/6). When several tensions overlap, the most critical one names the profile and the others are listed under the signal. "I don't know" removes the question from the computation: if one answer remains on the axis, it's doubled; if none remains, the axis is "not assessed" and shown at 0 on the radar. From four "I don't know" answers on, the reading switches to the steering blind spot.
Reading a profile isn't about adding up points: it's about looking at a shape. If this one resonates (or surprises you), that's usually where a team workshop becomes useful.
