I'm an Engineering Advisor & Technical Agile Coach with over 20 years of experience in engineering, team coaching and engineering management. I've worked with teams at organisations like TotalEnergies, Saint-Gobain, Scaleway, Bpifrance, Allianz, ENEDIS and Carrefour on what truly matters: craft, delivery, DevEx and continuous improvement.
My conviction: engineering team performance starts with developer experience. A team that loves its work ships better, faster, with less debt. AI doesn't change this principle — it amplifies it when properly framed.
